Lac Rose, Senegal, hosted the 2021 Ocean X-Prix on May 29-30, 2021—the second round of the inaugural Extreme E off-road racing series. Our team of experts managed the complete event production, navigating the complexities of international logistics for teams, crew, and participants. Our scope of work ranged from facilitating customs clearance for vehicles and equipment at challenging border crossings to developing and executing the event’s roadbook. We provided comprehensive logistical support for over 1,000 individuals, including accommodation, transportation, catering, transfers, and other essential services, throughout the entire event lifecycle, from pre-event preparation to post-event dismantling.
