The 2021 Ocean X-Prix was an Extreme E off-road race that took place on the 29th and 30th of May 2021 in Lac Rose, Senegal.
It was the second round of electric off-road racing car series’ inaugural season.
Our team of experts managed the entire event production, including logistics for both the Team & Crew and participants.
Our scope of work encompassed a wide array of tasks, from facilitating customs clearance for vehicles and equipment at challenging border crossings to executing the event’s roadbook.
With over 1000 individuals under our care, we handled all logistics, including accommodation, transportation, catering, transfers, and more, spanning from the preparation phase through dismantling, including the competition days.
