Al-‘Ula, Saudi Arabia, hosted the inaugural Desert X-Prix on April 3-4, 2021. This Extreme E off-road race marked the first championship round of the electric racing series’ first season. The event featured drivers from nine teams, each boasting champions from a diverse range of motorsport disciplines. Our team was responsible for the complete VIP hospitality experience, handling everything from initial concept and detailed planning to on-site production and operation. We developed comprehensive plans for setup, logistics, and catering to ensure all event requirements were met.
