Beirut played host to the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, where 24 world-class athletes (10 women and 14 men) representing 18 different nationalities thrilled a crowd of over 10,000 with their daring dives from the limestone outcrop into the sea. We designed the complete event setup in accordance with international competition standards and oversaw all event and sport operations. Furthermore, we were responsible for the safety, flow, and engagement of the 10,000+ spectators during the live event. Our execution encompassed a wide range of services, including athlete lodging and transportation, catering arrangements, traffic management, security and medical support, accreditation processing, health and safety monitoring, waste management, crowd control, and coordination of grandstand activities and activations.
